Title: Production Supervisor, RTE
Location: NAM-SC-Newberry
Coordinate on a daily basis with Business Unit Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Quality Assurance, Production Logistics, Maintenance, and Human Resources to deliver on all manufacturing targets:
Lead shift/platforms supervision ensuring the most cost-effective production process while meeting production schedules at the lowest possible cost.
Responsible for shift/platform compliance in all Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Sustainability & Morale metrics

BS/MS degree inBusiness, Engineering, Food Science or related field required.
5- 7 years of manufacturingexperience with increasing responsibilities (or equivalent).
Experience with employee accountability and follow-through skills.
Experience in team building with strong leadership/interpersonal skills.
Strong communicationskills (oral, written, comfortable presenting in front of large and small audiences, formal and informal settings).
Strong analytical/critical thinking skills.
Strong Computer Skills (Micro Soft Office Package, Viso, Minitab, SAP, Business Intelligence Reporting).
Must be flexible with the possibility to work multiple shifts.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
